As summer kicks off, it's already time for Fall Soccer registration!

In order to prepare for another successful season, we ask that everyone register their child(ren) sooner rather than later. This will allow time to ensure all coaches complete their required training, and get all coaches/players registered with the Kentucky Youth Soccer Association, prior to the start of the season. Thank you in advance for helping with this!

Open registration runs through the end of July for U8-U14 age groups. (U4/U6 registration will be sent out separately.)

Key Dates:

Jun 1st - Jul 26th: $100 Open Registration
Jul 26th - Aug 9th: $120 Late Registration
Aug 6th: Game Schedule Published
Aug 17th - Oct 26th: Regular Season Games
** League bye Labor Day weekend August 31, 2024

Additional Info:

- If you are a first-time user, create an account to register. 
- You only need one account per family.
- If your child needs a new jersey, please register early to help ensure uniforms come in before the season starts.
**Note: We will no longer be supplying shorts with uniform orders.
- The season for U8-U14 starts on Aug 17th.
**NO players will be registered after August 9th. Please plan accordingly.
- You will receive an email confirmation after your registration is complete.
**Once teams are finalized, you'll hear from your coach about your practice day/time and you'll be given a game schedule once it's published.
- If you'd like to volunteer to be a Head Coach or an Assistant Coach, it's asked that you be Virtus compliant. 
**If you aren't, please reach out to us separately, and we'll help point you in the right direction to do so. (This must be completed prior to the start of the season!)

The season will run the week of July 15 through the end of October.  We will pracrice twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays (times TBD but in the evenings) at Memorial Park in Independence (2001 Jackwoods Pkwy) and will meet at the picnic shelter by the playground. 

 

Cost is $78.  We will be using last years jerseys for meets, so if you are new, and/or you need to purchase a jersey, that will be an additional $24.

 

Meets will begin in August and will run through October.  Meets are usually on Saturday mornings (there may be a weekday meet at times, but you will know way in advance).

 

The younger children start running .5 miles at a time, and work their way up to a bit over a mile throughout the season.  The older children start running about 1-1.5 miles and work their way up to 2.25-3miles throughout the season.

 

***We are VERY understanding of other sports schedules, soccer and volleyball included!  So if you cannot make all practices and meets, that is OK!  Also, families are welcome to come and practice with us!
